We come on site
Ohio · S. Georgia · N. FloridaA technician arrives with parts already on the van. What most on-site repairs take, measured across a full year, is a single visit, because the part was on the shelf before the call came in.
We pick it up
Ohio onlyBigger teardowns, motor and pump work, anything that needs the machine off the floor and in our shop. Call it in and we collect the machine from your building.
You drop it off
Ohio onlyBring it to 4585 Poth Road and leave it at our shop. Same technicians, same parts shelf, no wait for a truck to become free.

Programs
Preventative maintenance minimizes costly down time
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled visits on your calendar instead of emergency calls on ours. Brushes, squeegees, filters and batteries checked before they strand a machine mid-shift.
Fleet maintenance
One agreement covering every machine across every building you run, with a service history per unit so you know which ones are costing you more than they are worth.
Standing repair authorization
Agree a per-ticket dollar limit once, and repairs under it start the day we see the machine instead of waiting on a purchase order. The single biggest thing that shortens turnaround.

This is the distribution warehouse, not a storefront. Your machine gets worked on in the same building the parts are stocked in, which is why most repairs do not wait on a shipment.
Our shop here takes household machines too. If you are dropping off a home vacuum rather than a scrubber, you are in the right place, though our retail stores in Clintonville, Powell and Westerville keep evening and Saturday hours if those suit you better.
Loaner machines can often be arranged while yours is at our shop. Ask when you book, and we will tell you straight whether one is available.
