Facet Emerald: Our own neutral floor cleaner that dissolves ice melt film
Ice melt walks in on every boot and dries to a white haze. Emerald dissolves ice melt and hard water film without leaving a soap haze behind. Slightly acidic, so it will not dull the finish, and it neutralizes residue from the harsher cleaners in the same program. Low foam for autoscrubbers, optical brighteners as it dries.

Questions
Before you call
How big is a pallet? A truckload?
A pallet is 50 bags of 50 lb, about 2,500 lb. A truckload is 17 pallets, 850 bags. Truckload pricing applies per full truckload.
Can I mix products?
Tell us the mix you want across the three products and we will quote it that way.
What does delivery cost?
In greater Columbus a pallet order is delivered on our own trucks for a nominal fee, quoted with your price. Truckloads are drop-shipped anywhere in Ohio; your receiving dock needs a forklift or other unloading equipment. Outside Ohio, call and we will price the freight.
When do I get it?
Late October to early November, before the first storm rather than in the middle of one.
Can I cancel?
No. Pre-orders are firm once placed, which is what earns the price.
Why is the price not on this page?
Because it is a pre-season price we hold for customers who commit by October 31, and it is lower than what we can post. Call or email and you will have it in minutes.
I need less than a pallet.
Every product above, and the rest of our ice melt line, is sold by the bag on this site at regular pricing. Pre-order pricing applies to pallet and truckload quantities.
I am not a customer yet.
Same phone number. We sell to businesses, property managers, schools, churches and municipalities across Ohio, and we can set up your account on the same call.
Deadline October 31, 2026
