The Riccar Tandem Air Premium Pet (R40P) is the top-tier Tandem Air upright, built for pet owners and households requiring the highest available filtration. Two motors work in tandem to pull dirt from deep in carpet while simultaneously powering above-floor tools at full suction.
Seven-stage filtration includes a HEPA Plus Media filter (99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns) and a granulated charcoal filter that absorbs pet odors. The self-sealing HEPA media bag keeps captured hair and dander contained when removed. A dirt sensor detects embedded debris; indicator sensors alert you when the bag or filter needs attention. The reinforced belt stops the brushroll automatically when an obstruction is detected. A 40-foot cord combined with a 15-foot hose provides long reach across large rooms.
